Parent-Teacher Meetings: A Cohesive Partnership
At The Royal Sainik Vidyapeeth, we believe that the best interest of the child is served when parents and teachers work together as a unified team. We provide a transparent platform for parents to actively participate in their child’s growth and success.
Parents are encouraged to bring specific questions regarding their child’s academic and behavioral progress to make these sessions highly productive.
The Collaborative Approach
- Unified Goal: Continuous evaluation is a shared priority for both parents and teachers to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
- Open Dialogue: Parents are encouraged to interact regularly with faculty to share insights and assist in their child’s academic and personal progress.
Sharing Progress
- Digital Updates: Examination results and evaluation metrics are shared via instant messages immediately after results are published.
- In-Person Reviews: Detailed performance discussions take place during scheduled PTMs to provide a comprehensive view of the student’s development.
Meeting Protocols
To ensure meaningful interaction, we offer two ways to connect with our faculty:
- Scheduled PTMs: All teachers are available for meetings on designated PTM days. Parents are notified of these dates in advance via an official school message.
- Regular School Days: For urgent discussions outside of PTM days, parents can meet teachers and Principal by securing a prior appointment through the School Reception.
