Calling Facility: Maintaining Family Bonds

At The Royal Sainik Vidyapeeth, we recognize that staying connected with family is essential for a student’s emotional well-being and growth. We provide a Structured Calling Facility that allows students to share their achievements and stay in touch with home while maintaining the focus required for boarding life.

A Structured Communication Policy

To ensure that academic focus and the disciplined routine of the school are not disrupted, we follow a specific communication protocol:

  • Scheduled Calling Days: The school designates specific "Calling Days" for each student. This structured approach ensures that every child gets dedicated time to speak with their parents without rushing.
  • Supervised Environment: All calls are made from a supervised facility to ensure a safe and positive environment for the students.
  • Fixed Schedule: Please note that the Calling Day is fixed by the school administration. This helps us manage the schedule for hundreds of residents effectively.

Communication Guidelines

To foster independence and minimize homesickness, we maintain the following rules:

  • Restricted Access: Parents are kindly requested to communicate with their children only on the designated Calling Day. * Focus First: Calls are not permitted on other days to ensure that the student’s academic, sports, and training schedules remain uninterrupted.
  • Emergency Contact: In the event of a genuine emergency, parents may contact the Senior Hostel Warden or the School Office directly.

Why We Use a Fixed Schedule

  • Promotes Independence: Encouraging students to settle into their routines helps build resilience and self-reliance.
  • Eliminates Distractions: A set time for calls prevents the disruption of study hours and physical training.
  • Fairness: A fixed rotation ensures that every student gets equal access to the calling facility.

How to find your Calling Day

Parents will be notified of their child’s specific calling slot at the time of admission or through the official school communication group. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the discipline of the campus.
