Fee Policy of TRSVP

  1. The fee structure is enclosed with this prospectus. Once the fee is deposited, it is not refundable or transferable under any circumstances. At the time of admission, the student needs to pay the prospectus fee offline.
  2. Once the student is given admission, the first installment must be paid within 10 days. After the deposit of the fee, the seat will be confirmed; otherwise, the seat will be given to another student. Further fees (according to the fee structure issued at the time of admission) are to be remitted online in our HDFC Bank A/C No.50100168386061 IFSC Code HDFC0004815, and the deposit receipt should be sent to the school’s accounts department.
  3. All fee payments should be made by the due dates indicated in the fee structure. The second installment is due by July 15th, the third installment is due by October 15th, and the fourth installment is due by January 15th. Any balance in the personal money account at the end of the academic session will be deducted from the dues for the following session.
  4. The student personal money account is a running account/adjustable account only for hosteler students. It covers running expenses incurred by the students, such as for uniforms, pocket money, books, stationery, weekend exit, field trips, cultural or academic excursions, school tuck shops, medical expenses (outside the school), medical or personal accident insurance, telephones, travel and ticketing expenses, examination expenses, sports expenses of a personal nature, specialized coaching, fines, and penalties, if any, etc. At the start of each term, the Personal Money account must have a minimum balance of Rs 5,000. However, a minimum balance is to be maintained in the personal account at all times. In short, any shortfall below the above-mentioned limit is to be made up immediately by paying the due amount to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 5,000 in the personal account.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Late Fee Fine:
    Our school has a late fee policy in place. If a child’s fee is not deposited on or before the due date, the parents will be charged a late fee of Rs 50 per day. Until the outstanding fee is received, no internal examination results, reports, Transfer Certificates, or recommendations to future schools/colleges will be issued to the student or parent. The child’s name will be removed from the school’s records if the fee is not paid after two weekly reminders.
